1. No Air Pollution: through the back-end air pollution control system, the high temperature and oxygen-deficient negative pressure environment in the furnace is maintained, so that dioxin cannot be formed.
2. No Wastewater Discharge: After acid-base neutralization, clean salt products are left in the water tank, which the water meets the discharge standard.
3. Produce Non-toxic Vitrified Slags: After high temperature environment, the inorganic waste is reorganized to achieve safe and stable glass slag, the hardness is 3 times that of ordinary cement. It can be used for building materials and paving roads.
4. Produce Usable Gas: in an oxygen-deficient environment. The organic waste is gasified into usable Syngas (H2, CO), which can be used to generate electricity.

• The plasma torch generates heat energy to decompose waste molecules and converts waste into useful products through thermal cracking and gasification.

• The plasma torch provides all the energy required for the process. (Turn off the plasma torch to stop the reaction)
• The system works in a slight negative pressure environment.
• The Syngas volume is lower than the exhaust volume of an incinerator of the same size.
• The automatic control is equipped with a safety chain to avoid human error.
• The surface of the feeder and the specific waste preparation system is covered with nitrogen to prevent fire and explosion.
• The emergency nitrogen "dumping" system is automatically activated when the power is cut off or under other abnormal operating conditions.
• Continuous monitoring of the synthesis gas composition and the chimney exhaust of the energy recovery system ensures optimal operation and full compliance with environmental regulations.
